Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between regular cleaning and deep (spring) cleaning?

Regular cleaning is for maintaining a home that is already in good condition. It includes routine tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and kitchen surface cleaning.

Deep (spring) cleaning focuses on built-up dirt, grease, soap scum, and neglected areas. It includes detailed bathroom and kitchen scrubbing, baseboards, doors, frames, and other high-detail areas. Deep cleaning is recommended for first-time clients or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while.

What is the difference between move-in/move-out cleaning and deep cleaning?

Move-in/move-out cleaning is designed for empty homes and is commonly used for rentals, real estate, or new homeowners. It includes cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and closets.

Appliance interiors (oven and fridge) are NOT included in move-in/move-out cleaning by default and can be added as an extra service.

Deep cleaning is usually done in furnished homes and focuses on heavy buildup while working around furniture and personal belongings.

Do you charge by the hour or a flat fee?
